Image Quality Control

Every piece of artwork being printed for the first time goes through Image Quality Control performed by our team. 

Shipping

Please note, that we want to get your products to you as soon as possible, so any other placed before 12h noon will ship the same day! We offer DHL, Deutsche Post and Warenpost, which is the preferred shipping option of most of our outside of Germany / European Union / International customers because of its reliable, fast and affordable cost.

Reprint

If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact us and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.  That’s our policy for making sure that reprints are issued, if you receive a damaged product. ​

Refund of material goods

Refunds In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information. We offer a 14 day period from the day of delivery to contact us. Simply send us an email on mail@sharingwaves.com asking for a return or an exchange or a refund authorization, let us know the reason for the return and if you would like to make an exchange, specify the item, color and size that you would like. All products need to be in brand new condition, never used and with all attached tags. ​ ​

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


ONLINE PRODUCTS

Refund of online products

Our refund and returns policy for the online products last maximum 24 hours. You agree that you loose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance (adding a paid listing). If 24 hours have passed or you started the performance, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via PayPal or your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We replace items for other paid products if you purchased a wrong product within 7 days under the circumstance that you did not use the product yet. If you need to exchange a package, please send us an email at mail@sharingwaves.com. Price differences will not be refunded.
